Monday, December 4, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. December's theme: Advent. $20-$30/Session As You Are Able in Mercy Hall Facilitator: Isabel Gachko The Campus Ministry Director at Mount Saint Mary Academy, Isabel has completed her 200 hour yoga teaching training and teaches donation-based classes for Root to Rise in Asbury Park. She also practices at home, at a local studio and with an individual yoga instructor.
