Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation: Explore the foundations of mindfulness meditation. Practice mindfulness of the breath, body, emotions, self-compassion, and loving kindness. Isabel has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 10 years and is pursuing her mindfulness meditation teacher's certification. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
