We are left with seven “words” spoken by Jesus in the darkness of his suffering. They draw us into his heart and spirit even to the end. These seven words are not only a part of our sacred history, a remembering, but also a life-blood meant to flow through our veins and into our lived experience. This day of reflection is an invitation to meet some of the men and women who have held these words in their hearts and lived them into the darkness, putting flesh on this sacred legacy. Lunch is included.
