Pope Francis' third and latest papal encyclical calls for more human fraternity and solidarity and is a plea to reject wars. Rabbi Skorka will explore its roots in Francis' theology and present perspectives from Jewish sources.
Fratelli Tutti (Brothers and Sisters All) is subtitled "On Fraternity and Social Friendship." Rabbi Skorka is a personal friend of Pope Francis.
Rev. Anthony Randazzo, pastor of Holy Trinity, Westfield, is a friend of Rabbi Skorka and will introduce him at the start of the program.
